Job Title: TDE5 ｜ Power Module Validation

Key tasks:
1. Familiar with the product functions and testing methods of power modules,
including but not limited to general testing, functional testing, and failure
analysis.
2. Proficient in using relevant testing instruments and equipment, such as
multimeter, oscilloscope, arbitrary waveform generator, spectrum analyzer, etc.
3. Capable of independently designing and implementing reliability
verification schemes for power modules, including preparing test specifications
and summarizing test reports.
4. Ability to analyze and evaluate test results, and propose improvement
measures.
5. Having a certain level of failure analysis ability, able to objectively
describe and track problems in experiments until they are resolved.
6. Familiar with relevant testing standards, such as AQG324/AEC-Q, etc.
7. Proficient in using static/dynamic testing equipment, functional testing
equipment (three-phase inductive loads), and thermal testing equipment.


Qualification and skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electronic
Engineering,
2. Materials Science and Engineering, etc.
3. More than 3-5 years of experience in power module testing or related
fields, with priority given to those with experience in silicon carbide power
module testing.
4. Understand the characteristics and application scenarios of silicon carbide
devices.
5. Having certain electronic circuit analysis skills.
6. Having good teamwork and communication skills, able to withstand work
pressure.
7. CET-4/6, with good English communication skills, able to meet work meeting
communication and work reports, and German proficiency is the best.
